Manager, Technical Sales - Paint & Coatings

- To monitor the achievement of sales objective with key account as well as identify and propose plan to exploiting business development activities with prioritization on key customers/key projects/untapped customer segments.
- To manage key customer accounts and relationship effectively and develop new business continuously.
- To conduct analysis on market survey, customer and competitors latest trend, challenges and product development. To produce regular sales update forecasting and variances analysis. Perform all related activities to ensure budget deliverance.
- Develop and test formulation on new and existing products. Perform and conduct testing on new raw materials received.
- Degree in Chemistry
- Minimum three to five years’ experience in a similar role
- Minimum two to three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
