Job responsibilities:


  • Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Assist Manager in monitoring the trade activities approved by General Manager BU HEC, against a calendar proposed by the Client Management teams
  • Provide office support services in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the function/department
  • Provide daily administrative support services on behalf of assigned superior (e.g. travel schedules, daily agendas, hotel bookings, air tickets bookings, visa processes, etc.)
  • Plan and prepare materials for scheduled meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Conduct background research for presenting information and findings (e.g. using internet, publications, reports, etc.)
  • Manage the office filing system and file all correspondence for function/department
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies (e.g. stationery, documents, business cards, etc.) for departmental usage
  • Record minutes of meetings and circulate approved memos/minutes. Follow-up on action plans required by internal/external stakeholders within agreed timeline
  • Manage walk-in and incoming phone inquiries. Provide information and respond to requests in a professional manner
